Smokey Pig Bar-B-Q has been a family-operated fixture in Bowling Green, Kentucky for years — supplying hickory-smoked meat plates and sandwiches in a no-frills setting that lets the food do the talking.
We don't aim to be fancy. We aim to be honest. Brisket goes on the smoker before sunrise. Ribs come off when the bark is right. The sides come from family recipes, made fresh in our kitchen each day.
